Holy Week Schedule
Holy Monday – Holy Wednesday ~ April 14-16 (6:00 pm)
Contemplative celebrations of Holy Eucharist using the Real Presence liturgical format to engage the Gospel stories of Holy Week.
Maundy Thursday ~ April 17 (6:00 pm)
Commemorates the institution of the Eucharist through the Last Supper; A dramatic liturgy including clergy washing the feet of the congregation.
Good Friday ~ April 18 (12:00 pm)
A dramatic and solemn commemoration of the crucifixion and death of Jesus employing various devotional expressions.
Easter Sunday ~ April 20 (10:00 am & 6:00 pm)
The joyful celebration of the Resurrection of Jesus. The morning service begins with the “flowering of the cross” by the children of the Cathedral. A festive reception and an Easter egg hunt for children of all ages follows the 10:00 am service. In the evening we gather as a community to celebrate the Resurrection in a more contemplative manner – in the Real Presence style of worship.
